Purchasing
Please note that you must be 18 years or over and hold a valid defense to purchase ‘Real Imitation Firearms’ from our store.
Making a purchase; Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment through Stripe Merchant Services which is processed through their highly secure external payment gateway. If you are shopping from another country, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
All images on the site are as up to date as possible but occasionally manufacturers change colour schemes slightly as well as some components in the packages and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are up to date. Staffordshire Militaria does not accept responsibility for changes made at the point of manufacturing.
It is vital that when buying an Airsoft Rifle / AEG / Pistol or any other RIF / Realistic Imitation Firearm that they provide the information required to prove that they are genuine Airsoft Skirmishers. This is to comply with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007. Each order processed that requires cancellation due to the incorrect or inappropriate information not been provided will result in a £5 cancellation, admin and refund fee.
Shipping
We will endeavor to dispatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping.
Our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 – 1800 hours) except for local and national holidays. We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them. Delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events and again is out of our control and accept no liability for delays caused by this.

Important
All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied the contents are not damaged. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as “not checked” or “damaged”. If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult to claim compensation from the courier for you.
Guarantee
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
Back Orders:
On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Warranty:
All items sold on our site have a standard 1 month warranty against manufacturers defects/faults.
Goods purchased will become void from our warranty period if they are not used in the manner they were intended, or if upon inspection and examination it seems apparent that the item has been mistreated, ill maintained, abused, used excessively, modified, upgraded (including changes from the manufacturers original specification), dismantled in any way by someone other than Staffordshire Militaria staff, or by using unsuitable batteries, ammo or gas.
Warranty Conditions:
Original receipt is required as proof of purchase. Paper or Email receipt is accepted.
Staffordshire Militaria warranty does not include any the following:
- Anything that is against manufacturers guidelines
- Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
- Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
- Any routine maintenance required
- Any faults arising from misuse, including high voltage batteries and gas too powerful for the item.
- Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Staffordshire Militaria.
- Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Staffordshire Militaria engineers
- Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB’s. We recommend only Blaster, Madbull, G&G, Excel and King Arms BBs
- Any battery than an 8.4v Nimh or 7.4V Lipo has been used unless the manufacturer specifically states the rifle is able to accept higher voltage batteries.
- If a Gas Blow Back or Gas Non Blow Back product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with a gas deemed too powerful for the conditions.
- Any Feet Per Second (FPS) variance. This may be different from the indicated FPS as this is only a guideline.
- External damage or wear and tear.
- Damage caused to batteries from improper use
Your Staffordshire Militaria warranty is also invalidated if:
- The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format, this includes all internal upgrades.
- A fault has arisen from the use of poor quality sub standard BB’s
- Gas deemed to powerful for the conditions has been used in Gas Blow Backs or Gas Non Blow Back operated items.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Staffordshire Militaria immediately (staffordshiremilitaria@hotmail.com) to discuss your problem.
Customers must return any unopened product within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery at there expense. A full order refund will be issued to your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Cash Payment) once the product has been returned and received it needs to be processed by Staffordshire Militaria. Please allow up to an additional 2 weeks (14 days) for your refund to be issued due to processing.
Return Terms:
Staffordshire Militaria holds the rights to refuse a return if goods;
- Are damaged in any way
- Are not returned in the original packaging
- Do not include original extras such as manual, complimentary bb’s, spare parts etc.
Please note: When you return goods to Staffordshire Militaria, we cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost or get damaged in transit. You, The Shipper hold full responsibility. We recommend sending goods with suitable packaging & insurance to cover the goods value (Purchase Price).
Staffordshire Militaria reserves the right to change terms and conditions of our warranty from without notification or warning.
