Return / Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Staffordshire Militaria immediately (staffordshiremilitaria@hotmail.com) to discuss your problem.

Customers must return any product within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery at their expense. A full order refund will be issued to your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Cash Payment) once the product has been returned and received it needs to be processed by Staffordshire Militaria. Please allow up to an additional 2 weeks (14 days) for your refund to be issued due to processing. 

Return Terms:

Staffordshire Militaria holds the right to refuse a return of goods;

  • Are damaged in any way
  • Do not include original extras such as manuals, complimentary bb’s, spare parts, etc.

Please note: When you return goods to Staffordshire Militaria, we cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost or get damaged in transit. You, The Shipper hold full responsibility. We recommend sending goods with suitable packaging & insurance to cover the value of the goods (Purchase Price).

This does not effect your statutory rights.
